1st Assist

1st Assist is a digital workflow management application for surgical staff to increase communication and streamline operating rooms. 

Staff can easily identify and select the facility, surgeon and procedure type from their phone or tablet.
Or select 'start preparation' to be taken through the preference card.
As you go through the preference card, you will be able to check off the items you have pulled for the procedure and then tap Next Step to be taken to the next screen.
Once you have completed the steps you will be notified of any items that were not checked off.
You can dictate or type in alerts for the OR staff so they will be notified of any temporary changes or reminders on a per case basis.
If you need more guidance, we have options such as Images or Videos to give visual aid when needed to help with things such as patient positioning and much more.
